      <image:caption>Dr. John Sutherland graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He specializes in Critical Care Medicine and General Surgery. Dr. Sutherland is an avid cyclist, rock climber, outdoorsman, and trombone player. Alex Knudsen, CRNA graduated from University of Wisconsin, Lacrosse with a specialty in Nurse Anesthesiology. He practices anesthesia all along the Wasatch Front. He is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, climbing, biking, camping, and trying to convince his wife and kids that they like all of those things too. Sylvia Greer is an athlete, mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend. She has run eight 100-milers and is the first woman to win the Colorado 200 Endurance Trail Race.</image:caption>
